You have a strong background in sales engineering, with a proven track record of supporting sales teams and driving customer success. Your experience includes working closely with senior-level sellers to grow existing accounts and acquire new customers, demonstrating your ability to navigate complex sales processes. You possess excellent storytelling skills, enabling you to effectively communicate technical concepts to diverse audiences. Your expertise in objection handling and creating custom workarounds showcases your problem-solving abilities and commitment to customer satisfaction.
You are highly accountable for each technical sale, understanding the importance of aligning technical solutions with customer needs. Your hands-on experience with advanced integrations and technical sales processes allows you to contribute significantly to the Sales Engineering team. You thrive in collaborative environments, working alongside sales and technical teams to ensure successful outcomes for customers.
What you'll do
As a Senior Sales Engineer at Samsara, you will play a crucial role in supporting the sales team by providing technical expertise during the sales process. You will assist in growing existing customer accounts and winning new business by demonstrating the value of Samsara's Connected Operationsβ’ Cloud platform. Your responsibilities will include conducting product demonstrations, addressing technical inquiries, and collaborating with sales representatives to develop tailored solutions for clients.
