Your expertise in JavaScript and React allows you to create seamless and engaging user experiences. You understand the importance of observability and have a keen interest in how users interact with applications, especially when things go wrong. You thrive in a remote-first environment and are comfortable collaborating with cross-functional teams to deliver high-quality products. You are passionate about open-source technologies and have experience working with tools like Grafana.
Desirable
Experience with session replay technologies or similar user experience tools is a plus. Familiarity with observability stacks and cloud-based solutions will help you excel in this role. You are proactive in seeking feedback and continuously improving your skills and the products you work on.
What you'll do
As a Senior Frontend Engineer, you will be a key member of the Session Replay squad, responsible for developing a new product that helps customers understand user experiences during issues. You will collaborate closely with product managers, designers, and backend engineers to define and implement features that enhance the Grafana Cloud offering. Your role will involve writing clean, maintainable code and participating in code reviews to ensure high standards of quality. You will also engage with the community, gathering feedback and iterating on the product based on user needs. Your contributions will directly impact how users interact with Grafana and improve their overall experience.
