Your ability to adapt and develop new go-to-market strategies is essential as you navigate the evolving landscape of observability solutions. You are data-driven and understand how to leverage customer feedback to enhance product offerings and improve user experiences.

What you'll do

As the Director of Solutions Engineering, you will be responsible for building and managing a team of Solution Engineers across the EMEA region. You will collaborate with sales leaders to develop and implement effective go-to-market strategies that align with Grafana's open-source legacy. Your role will involve ensuring that your team is equipped to deliver exceptional customer experiences while effectively managing observability strategies for a diverse range of clients.

You will work closely with your Customer Experience counterparts to ensure seamless integration of solutions and services, driving customer satisfaction and retention. Your leadership will guide the team in adopting existing OSS-specific strategies while also innovating new approaches to meet the needs of the market. You will play a key role in shaping the future of Grafana Labs as the company continues to scale and expand its impact in the observability space.
