What you'll do
As a Senior Solutions Engineer at Grafana, you will be responsible for engaging with potential and existing customers to understand their needs and demonstrate how Grafana's tools can meet those needs. You will work closely with the sales team to provide technical expertise during the sales process, ensuring that clients are well-informed about the capabilities of Grafana's products.
You will conduct product demonstrations, create tailored solutions for clients, and provide ongoing support to ensure successful implementation and adoption of Grafana's tools. Your role will involve collaborating with engineering and product teams to relay customer feedback and contribute to product improvements. You will also have the opportunity to participate in community events and contribute to the open-source projects that Grafana is known for.
