Job Description
Who you are
You have experience in deal desk operations and understand the intricacies of pricing strategies and deal structures. You are detail-oriented and can conduct thorough deal reviews to evaluate terms and revenue implications. Your collaborative nature allows you to work effectively with Sales, Finance, Legal, and Revenue Operations teams to resolve deal blockers and obtain necessary approvals. You are comfortable using CPQ systems to configure quotes and manage deal approvals, ensuring accuracy and efficiency from submission to close. You thrive in a fast-paced environment and are motivated by the impact your work has on the company's revenue and sales growth.
What you'll do
As a Deal Desk Analyst, you will be a core part of the deal desk team, supporting the Sales and Customer Success Organizations. You will conduct deal reviews to evaluate deal structures and discount requests, providing guidance and recommendations to sales teams. Your role will involve configuring quotes in CPQ systems and managing deal approvals to ensure a smooth process from submission to close. You will collaborate cross-functionally with various departments to resolve deal blockers and obtain necessary approvals, directly impacting the company's revenue and sales growth. You will also be responsible for analyzing deal performance and providing insights to improve deal desk processes.
