You anticipate potential issues and take proactive measures to resolve them, ensuring customer orders are processed efficiently.

What you'll do

As a Deal Desk Analyst at Five9, you will act as a sales-facing subject matter expert on processes, policies, and pricing matters. You will assist sales teams in creating and positioning complex orders, serving as a liaison between sales and key stakeholders involved in the deal structuring process. Your role will involve managing order fulfillments in Salesforce in accordance with executed contracts and orders.

You will partner with sales to ensure opportunities are properly created and tracked, including monitoring stage, probability, and booking amounts. Your expertise will help streamline the sales process, enabling teams to close deals more effectively. You will also be responsible for anticipating problems and initiating actions to ensure timely processing of customer orders.
