You understand the importance of maintaining a robust compliance framework in a rapidly evolving technological landscape.
What you'll do
In this role, you will classify product and test chip variants under the EAR/ECCN framework, ensuring that all products meet regulatory requirements. You will manage BIS license applications, WTEC calculations, and deemed export authorizations, playing a critical role in the compliance process.
You will build and maintain an automated classification tool that enhances efficiency and accuracy in product classification. Establishing Technology Transfer Agreements will be a key responsibility, as will creating workflows to reduce classification bottlenecks.
Handling export control screening for international shipments and customer transfers will be part of your daily tasks, requiring you to design export control decision trees and classification workflows that are both effective and compliant.
