Who you are
You have a strong background in silicon logical design, with experience in integrating IP and subsystems into top-level SoC designs. Your expertise in C and C++ allows you to develop and maintain build and configuration environments effectively. You are familiar with performing synthesis, linting, CDC/RDC, and timing checks at the SoC level, ensuring high-quality outputs.
You possess a collaborative spirit, working closely with verification and physical design teams to support clean interface hand-offs. Your problem-solving skills enable you to debug and resolve integration-related issues across multiple hierarchies, contributing to the continuous improvement of integration flows and automation. You are committed to producing high-quality microarchitecture and other design elements that meet company objectives.
What you'll do
As a Silicon Logical Design Engineer at Graphcore, you will be responsible for a wide range of logical design tasks within the logical design team. You will integrate IP and subsystems into top-level SoC designs, ensuring that the architecture specifications are met. Your role will involve developing and maintaining build and configuration environments, as well as performing synthesis, linting, CDC/RDC, and timing checks at the SoC level.
You will support verification and physical design teams through clean interface hand-offs, ensuring that all components work seamlessly together. Debugging and resolving integration-related issues across multiple hierarchies will be a key part of your responsibilities, as will contributing to the continuous improvement of integration flows and automation processes. Your work will directly impact the quality and efficiency of Graphcore's silicon delivery, making you an integral part of the team.
