What you'll do

As a Staff Post Silicon Validation Engineer at Graphcore, you will be responsible for bringing first silicon to life and functionally validating it to ensure it meets performance specifications. You will collaborate closely with various teams, including design and engineering, to facilitate the transition from silicon to a fully characterized and working product. Your role will involve leading validation efforts, mentoring junior engineers, and providing technical guidance to enhance team capabilities.

You will regularly report on project status and progress to program management, ensuring that all stakeholders are informed and aligned. Your contributions will be critical in supporting new product introductions and driving the success of Graphcore's innovative AI computing solutions.
