You have a strong background in CPU validation and a solid understanding of chip design processes. Your experience includes developing test content and validation plans for CPU features, ensuring comprehensive coverage of key functionalities. You are skilled in debugging and have a good grasp of embedded systems, particularly in relation to CPU architectures. You thrive in collaborative environments, working closely with cross-functional teams to drive silicon validation efforts. What you'll do
In this role, you will create and execute CPU validation test plans, ensuring that all critical features are thoroughly tested. You will develop software workloads designed to stress test the CPU, integrating these into existing validation environments. Collaborating with CPU RTL and DV teams, you will engineer test content for new CPU features and maintain the random test generator by adding support for new architectural features. You will also drive the bring-up and execution of silicon validation tools in both pre-silicon (FPGAs) and post-silicon (development boards) environments. Your contributions will be vital in identifying logic design and circuit bugs, ultimately ensuring the delivery of high-quality CPU products.
