What you'll do

In this role, you will serve as the initial point of contact between the Reporting team and key business partners, including Underwriting, Health Plan Administration, and Account Management. You will collaborate with the engineering team to create and update Tableau dashboards, ensuring that all reporting is accurate and reliable. Your responsibilities will include validating report updates and addressing any challenges that arise during the reporting process.

You will participate in meetings to gather requirements from stakeholders and communicate updates on reporting priorities. Your analytical skills will be essential in providing insights that drive decision-making across the organization. You will also be responsible for proactively identifying areas for improvement in reporting processes, ensuring that the Reporting team continues to deliver high-quality services.
