What you'll do

As the IT Automation Engineer at GrayMatter Robotics, you will design, build, and maintain internal IT and automation systems that support the company's operations. You will create programs to automate repetitive tasks such as data transfers, testing, deployments, and IT workflows, including account provisioning. Your role will involve collaborating with various teams to understand their needs and develop automation solutions that improve efficiency and reduce manual work.

You will manage both cloud and on-premises systems, ensuring that they run reliably and securely. Your responsibilities will include monitoring system performance, troubleshooting issues, and implementing solutions to enhance system reliability. You will also be involved in developing documentation for automation processes and providing training to team members on new tools and systems.
