Greycroft is hiring a Senior Investor Relations Associate to support investor relations and fundraising processes. You'll collaborate with various teams and prepare high-quality materials reflecting the firm's brand voice. This role requires strong analytical and communication skills.

You have a strong background in investor relations and fundraising, ideally with experience in the venture capital or finance sectors. Your analytical skills are top-notch, allowing you to interpret complex data and present it clearly to stakeholders. You possess outstanding written and verbal communication skills, enabling you to effectively convey Greycroft's story and strategic messaging. Your attention to detail is exceptional, and you have a deep respect for entrepreneurship and technology industries. You thrive in collaborative environments, working closely with investment, finance, compliance, and legal teams to meet investor needs. You are proactive and willing to stretch beyond your role when necessary, demonstrating a bias for action.
What you'll do
In this role, you will support the investor relations and fundraising processes at Greycroft. You will prepare high-quality fundraising materials that reflect the firm's brand voice and strategic messaging. Your responsibilities will include managing the fundraising sales cycle and assisting in sharing fund performance and investment strategy updates with relevant stakeholders. You will play a crucial role in relationship management, ensuring that the needs of limited partners are met effectively. You will collaborate with various teams to ensure that all communications are aligned with Greycroft's objectives and values.
