You have a strong background in people operations, with a focus on talent management and employee engagement. Your experience includes designing and implementing performance management systems that drive accountability and continuous improvement. You understand the importance of attracting and retaining top-tier talent, and you have a proven track record of developing leadership capabilities within organizations.
You are skilled in creating high-impact learning and development programs that foster a culture of excellence. Your ability to partner with hiring managers and recruiters ensures that clear success profiles are established for every role, allowing for a rigorous approach to performance expectations. You are data-driven, using metrics to measure and improve individual and organizational performance.
What you'll do
In this pivotal role, you will lead initiatives to increase talent density and performance management at Grindr. You will design and implement a best-in-class continuous performance management system that drives accountability and continuous improvement. Collaborating closely with leadership, you will identify, attract, and retain top-tier talent while ensuring that low performers are either developed or transitioned out.
You will partner with hiring managers and recruiters to create clear success profiles for every role, ensuring a rigorous approach to performance expectations. Additionally, you will build a data-driven approach to measuring and improving individual and organizational performance, which will be essential in driving the company's success.
Your responsibilities will also include creating and executing high-impact learning and development programs that support a culture of excellence. You will work with managers to enhance leadership capabilities, providing coaching, mentorship programs, and structured feedback loops. Implementing succession planning strategies will be crucial to ensure continuous leadership pipeline development.
What we offer
Grindr offers a competitive salary range of $175,000—$200,000 USD, along with equity, benefits, and a company bonus program. This hybrid role allows you to work from our San Francisco office on Tuesdays and Thursdays, providing flexibility while ensuring collaboration with your team. You will be part of a dynamic environment where your contributions will directly impact the company's growth and success.
