You have 3-5 years of experience in sales, business development, banking, or consulting — you've successfully built relationships and understand how to communicate value to clients. You are motivated to expand client usage of services and have a strategic mindset that allows you to identify opportunities for growth. You thrive in a collaborative environment and enjoy working closely with management and client service teams to onboard new users effectively and monitor client engagement. You are proactive in your approach, conducting outbound prospecting to generate leads and following up on warm leads to meet designated growth targets. You understand the importance of feedback and work diligently to collect insights on projects and advisor performance.
What you'll do
In this role, you will develop a comprehensive understanding of the industry and competitive landscape to effectively promote Guidepoint's subscription-based research services. You will partner with management to increase the user base at client firms, which include hedge funds, mutual funds, and private equity. Your responsibilities will include monitoring client usage to proactively promote subscriptions and onboarding new users to ensure they maximize their partnership with Guidepoint. You will conduct outbound prospecting to generate leads within existing clients and follow up on warm leads to drive growth. You will also work closely with the client service team to gather feedback on ongoing projects and advisors sent for client review, ensuring that you are always aligned with client needs and expectations.
What we offer
Guidepoint offers a competitive base salary of $90,000, along with an annual discretionary bonus based on performance. You will have the opportunity to work in a hybrid environment, balancing time between the office in New York City and remote work.
