Job Description
Who you are
You have at least 1 year of experience in sales, business development, finance, banking, or business consulting. You are eager to learn about institutional investment industries and are motivated to contribute to the growth of the business. You possess strong communication skills and are comfortable conducting outbound prospecting to qualify new business leads. You thrive in a collaborative environment and are excited to partner with senior sales team members to identify growth opportunities.
What you'll do
In this role, you will be responsible for conducting outbound prospecting to qualify new business leads and help source new business opportunities. You will partner with senior sales team members to schedule meetings with new prospects and set up meetings with existing strategic accounts to identify growth and cross-selling opportunities. You will also manage client feedback calls and meet designated prospecting and meeting targets through cold calling and other lead-generation efforts. Additionally, you will assist in the development of marketing materials and client presentations, while developing a working knowledge of the primary research methods and the competitor landscape.

Guidepoint offers a competitive base salary of $65,000, along with an annual discretionary bonus based on performance.
