What you'll do

As a Client Service Associate at Guidepoint, you will play a vital role in connecting clients with the right subject-matter experts. You will work closely with Project Managers to develop strategies that satisfy each client project request. Your day-to-day tasks will involve utilizing platforms like LinkedIn, press releases, and case studies to identify and recruit new experts into our network. You will take the time to understand each client’s specific research needs and deliver the experts who can best provide the answers, often within hours. This role will give you exposure to a wide range of industries and disciplines, enhancing your understanding of various business sectors.
