What you'll do

As a Client Service Associate, you will play a vital role in understanding your client’s unique business questions and identifying the experts who can best provide the answers. You will collaborate with Project Managers to develop strategies for satisfying each client project request. Utilizing LinkedIn, press releases, case studies, and the internet, you will identify the best experts for our clients to address their strategic or investment questions. You will also be responsible for recruiting new experts into our network, ensuring that we have a diverse pool of knowledge to draw from. Your role will involve continuous learning about various industries and disciplines, enhancing your understanding of the market and client needs. You will contribute to the overall success of the Client Service team by delivering timely and accurate information to clients, helping them make informed decisions.
