What you'll do

As a Client Service Associate, you will work closely with Project Managers to develop strategies that satisfy each client project request. You will take the time to understand your client’s unique business questions and identify the experts who can best provide the answers. Utilizing platforms like LinkedIn, press releases, and case studies, you will identify and recruit new experts into our network of over 1,750,000 Guidepoint Advisors. You will play a vital role in ensuring that clients receive timely and relevant information to inform their business decisions. Your role will involve conducting research projects on behalf of major financial institutions, providing you with exposure to a wide range of industries and disciplines. You will also contribute to creating policies that foster an equitable and welcoming environment for all community members.

What we offer

Guidepoint offers a supportive work environment with built-in mentorship to help you drive and improve your project work and customer service skills. The position is hybrid, allowing you to work from our Phoenix office while also having the flexibility to work remotely. The base salary for this role is $55,000, and you will be eligible for an annual discretionary bonus based on performance.
