What you'll do

In this role, you will take ownership of the administration and reliability of key tools used within the organization. You will be responsible for triaging and resolving client technical questions, ensuring that issues are addressed promptly and effectively. Your day-to-day tasks will involve managing vendor licenses, producing reports that inform operational decisions, and collaborating with Customer Success, Product, and Engineering teams to enhance system performance. You will also focus on building automation solutions that streamline processes and improve efficiency.

You will play a crucial role in monitoring critical systems, identifying areas for improvement, and implementing solutions that enhance reliability. Your contributions will directly impact the operational success of the Qsight division, helping to deliver superior insights to clients in the healthcare sector. What we offer

Guidepoint offers a competitive salary range of $95,000 to $135,000, along with an annual discretionary bonus based on performance. You will have the flexibility to work in a hybrid model, allowing you to balance in-office and remote work.
