What you'll do

As a Senior Engineer on the Engineering Operations team, you will focus on building and automating the operational foundation that keeps Ridgeline running efficiently, reliably, and transparently. You will own incident response coordination and ensure operational readiness across engineering, infrastructure, and product teams. Your role will involve collaborating with various teams to ensure that the systems built are measurable and efficient. You will work on enhancing observability and telemetry to improve system performance and reliability. You will also contribute to financial efficiency tooling and compliance frameworks, ensuring that the organization operates within its financial and regulatory obligations. Your contributions will help reduce toil and improve operational resilience, making a significant impact on the organization’s success.
