You are proficient in using LinkedIn Recruiter and can manage projects while creating sophisticated search parameters. Your experience extends beyond LinkedIn, as you are skilled in sourcing candidates from platforms like GitHub and performing Google X-ray searches. You thrive in environments where you can leverage your technical acumen to find the best talent for engineering and data positions.

What you'll do

In this role, you will join Guidepoint's Global Talent Acquisition Team and provide ongoing talent sourcing support for technical and data positions across all locations. You will be responsible for sourcing candidates that lead towards AI Engineer hires, maintaining a high outreach rate, and conducting introductory calls to convert candidates from TA interviews to hiring manager interviews. Your expertise in creating effective sourcing strategies will be crucial in meeting the monthly KPIs set for the team.

You will collaborate closely with the Talent Acquisition Manager, Technology, located in New York, to address recruiting needs and ensure a steady pipeline of qualified candidates. Your role will involve direct sourcing for open positions in Engineering, Data, and AI, requiring you to stay updated on industry trends and candidate expectations. You will also be expected to maintain a 20%+ LinkedIn response rate and conduct 10+ introductory calls per week, showcasing your ability to engage with potential candidates effectively.
