What you'll do

In this role, you will be responsible for developing and implementing recruitment strategies to attract top technical talent to Cresta. You will collaborate with engineering leaders to understand their hiring needs and create job descriptions that accurately reflect the roles. You will manage the full recruitment cycle, from sourcing candidates to conducting interviews and facilitating offers. Your goal is to ensure a smooth and positive experience for candidates throughout the hiring process.

You will also focus on building a strong employer brand, leveraging social media and other channels to promote Cresta as an employer of choice in the tech industry. You will analyze recruitment metrics to assess the effectiveness of your strategies and make data-driven decisions to improve outcomes. Additionally, you will participate in industry events and networking opportunities to expand your talent pool and represent Cresta in the tech community.
