Who you are

You have experience sourcing in a fast-paced environment for hard-to-fill engineering roles, demonstrating a strong acumen and understanding of PHP Engineering, .Net, DevOps, and similar tech stacks. You are detail-oriented and action-oriented, with a high sense of urgency and the ability to work independently. Your confidence in creating sourcing strategies and Boolean search strings sets you apart, and you are experienced in using LinkedIn Recruiter to manage projects and create sophisticated search parameters. You also have the ability to source candidates beyond LinkedIn using tools like GitHub and performing Google X-ray searches.

Desirable

While not required, familiarity with an ATS such as Greenhouse is preferred. You thrive in environments where you can maintain a high LinkedIn response rate and effectively convert candidates from TA interviews to hiring manager interviews. Your flexibility and ability to multi-task will help you meet the KPIs set for this role, including sourcing 200 candidates per week and conducting 10+ introductory calls.

What you'll do

In this role, you will join Guidepoint's Global Talent Acquisition Team and provide ongoing talent sourcing support for technical and data positions across all locations. You will be responsible for directly sourcing candidates for open positions in Engineering, Data, and AI, primarily in the US and Toronto. You will report directly to the Talent Acquisition Manager, Technology, located in New York. Your success will be measured by your ability to meet key performance indicators, including sourcing a significant number of candidates weekly and maintaining a high response rate on LinkedIn. You will also be expected to conduct introductory calls with candidates and facilitate their progression through the interview process.

This position is an open-ended contract with a competitive hourly rate ranging from $30 to $45 USD.
