Desirable

Experience in recruiting for roles in Research, Applied Machine Learning, and Engineering is a plus. Familiarity with talent projects and initiatives that enhance the recruitment process will be beneficial. What you'll do

In this role, you will own a world-class full lifecycle recruitment process, focusing on attracting and recruiting top talent for a large volume of senior-level roles across engineering teams. You will partner closely with hiring managers and organizational leaders to develop effective recruiting strategies that align with the company's mission. Your responsibilities will include proactively sourcing candidates, managing the recruiting funnel, and ensuring a positive candidate experience throughout the recruitment process. You will also be responsible for influencing hiring decisions and providing insights to improve recruitment strategies. Additionally, you will take the lead on talent projects that enhance the overall recruitment process and contribute to the company's growth.
