Job Description
Who you are
You have a strong background in compensation management, with a focus on implementing and improving compensation and benefits practices. Your analytical skills allow you to assess and benchmark compensation effectively, ensuring alignment with industry standards and business objectives. You are detail-oriented and excel in operational excellence, ensuring that all programs run efficiently and accurately. Your experience includes leading annual compensation cycles and consulting on ad hoc compensation requests, demonstrating your ability to manage complex compensation structures. You are a subject matter expert in total rewards strategies and are comfortable partnering with leadership to evolve these strategies in line with organizational goals.
What you'll do
In this role, you will be responsible for administering GumGum's global compensation programs, including base pay and short-term incentives. You will act as the central repository for all incentive programs, tracking plan details and payout timing. Your responsibilities will include performing job matching using tools like Radford, administering equity programs, and consulting on compensation benchmarking requests. You will collaborate closely with the VP of People and Culture to ensure that the total rewards strategy aligns with GumGum's business goals and values. You will also be involved in continuous improvement initiatives to enhance the effectiveness of compensation and benefits practices.
