What you'll do

As the Senior Total Rewards Manager at JFrog, you will lead efforts to design and implement strategic compensation, equity, benefits, mobility & relocation, time off, and retirement programs. You will work closely with the C&B Center of Excellence to ensure that JFrog's compensation strategies align with the company's business objectives. Your role will involve analyzing market trends and benchmarking compensation practices to ensure competitiveness in attracting top talent.

You will collaborate with HR and leadership teams to develop and communicate compensation policies and programs that support employee engagement and retention. Additionally, you will provide guidance and support to managers on compensation-related matters, ensuring that they understand the value of competitive rewards in driving employee performance.
