You have a strong background in Compensation and Benefits (C&B) with proven best practices in designing and implementing competitive reward programs. Your expertise in creating innovative C&B practices will help shape the employee experience at JFrog. You are passionate about building and scaling a best-in-class C&B organization, and you thrive in environments where you can lead strategic growth initiatives. You understand the importance of attracting and retaining talent to achieve business objectives, and you are committed to fostering a positive workplace culture.

You possess excellent communication skills, enabling you to collaborate effectively with various stakeholders across the organization. Your analytical mindset allows you to leverage data to drive decision-making and improve compensation strategies. You are adaptable and open to new ideas, always looking for ways to enhance the employee experience through competitive benefits and compensation packages.

What you'll do

As the Senior Total Rewards Manager at JFrog, you will lead efforts to design and implement strategic compensation, equity, benefits, mobility & relocation, time off, and retirement programs. You will work closely with the C&B Center of Excellence to ensure that JFrog's compensation strategies align with the company's business objectives. Your role will involve analyzing market trends and benchmarking compensation practices to ensure competitiveness in attracting top talent.

You will collaborate with HR and leadership teams to develop and communicate compensation policies and programs that support employee engagement and retention. Additionally, you will provide guidance and support to managers on compensation-related matters, ensuring that they understand the value of competitive rewards in driving employee performance. Your contributions will play a crucial role in shaping the overall employee experience at JFrog, making it a great place to work.
