Who you are

You have extensive experience in compensation management, with a strong understanding of global compensation programs and strategies. Your analytical skills allow you to interpret data effectively, ensuring that compensation structures are competitive and equitable. You thrive in collaborative environments, working closely with cross-functional teams including People, Finance, and Legal to align compensation strategies with company goals. Your passion for data-driven decision-making drives you to continuously improve compensation processes and tools.

You are adept at using various Total Rewards tools such as Navia, Pave, Radford, Rippling, and Sequoia, which enables you to operationalize compensation changes efficiently. You possess strong communication skills, allowing you to articulate compensation strategies clearly to stakeholders at all levels. Your strategic thinking helps you anticipate market trends and adjust compensation programs accordingly, ensuring that Everlaw attracts and retains top talent.

What you'll do

In this role, you will lead the development and implementation of compensation programs that support Everlaw's growth objectives. You will analyze market data to ensure that compensation packages are competitive and aligned with industry standards. Collaborating with the People team, you will design compensation structures that promote equity and transparency within the organization. You will also partner with Finance to manage compensation budgets effectively, ensuring that resources are allocated appropriately.

You will play a critical role in shaping the company's compensation philosophy, ensuring it reflects Everlaw's mission and values. Your responsibilities will include conducting regular compensation audits, providing insights on compensation trends, and recommending adjustments as necessary. You will also be involved in training and educating managers on compensation practices, helping them understand how to effectively communicate compensation decisions to their teams.
