What you'll do

In this role, you will lead and develop the reporting team, taking full responsibility for people management. You will manage and administer Hootsuite’s global benefits programs, ensuring compliance with local regulations and a consistent employee experience. Your recommendations on benefits and wellness programs will be informed by thorough analysis of employee needs and market trends. You will also lead the design and implementation of global mobility programs, which include permanent relocations and short- and long-term assignments. Your expertise will ensure that all programs comply with local laws, tax, immigration, and social security regulations.

You will collaborate with various departments to ensure that compensation programs are competitive and aligned with the company’s strategic goals. Your role will involve continuous improvement of existing programs and the introduction of new initiatives that enhance employee satisfaction and engagement. You will also be responsible for reporting on the effectiveness of these programs and making data-driven recommendations for future enhancements.
