Who you are
You have a strong background in managing total rewards programs, with experience in global compensation, benefits, and mobility initiatives. You understand the complexities of equity compensation and short-term incentives, and you are adept at ensuring compliance with local laws and regulations. Your leadership skills shine through as you manage a reporting team, focusing on hiring, coaching, and performance management. You are a subject matter expert in delivering existing programs and launching new initiatives that align with organizational goals.
You possess excellent analytical skills, allowing you to recommend and consult on benefits and wellness programs by analyzing employee needs and market trends. Your ability to communicate effectively with various stakeholders ensures that you can advocate for employee needs while aligning with business priorities. You are comfortable navigating the intricacies of global mobility programs, including relocations and international assignments, ensuring a seamless experience for employees.
What you'll do
In this role, you will lead and develop the reporting team, taking full responsibility for people management. You will manage and administer Hootsuiteβs global benefits programs, ensuring compliance with local regulations and a consistent employee experience. Your recommendations on benefits and wellness programs will be informed by thorough analysis of employee needs and market trends. You will also lead the design and implementation of global mobility programs, which include permanent relocations and short- and long-term assignments. Your expertise will ensure that all programs comply with local laws, tax, immigration, and social security regulations.
You will collaborate with various departments to ensure that compensation programs are competitive and aligned with the companyβs strategic goals. Your role will involve continuous improvement of existing programs and the introduction of new initiatives that enhance employee satisfaction and engagement. You will also be responsible for reporting on the effectiveness of these programs and making data-driven recommendations for future enhancements.
