Desirable
Experience in the wellness or health industry is a plus, as is familiarity with HR processes. What you'll do
As the Clients Operations Senior Manager, you will lead efforts to improve our clients' operational routines, ensuring that processes are scalable and standardized. You will collaborate closely with internal teams, including commercial, customer support, and finance, to align HR client processes with strategic initiatives. Your role will involve proposing and implementing process improvements that increase efficiency and measurable impact within the Operations team. You will act as a benchmark for quality and efficiency at Wellhub, driving initiatives that support our mission of making every company a wellness company.
