Overview

Gympass is hiring a Partners Sales Operations Sr. Manager to lead Sales Operations for the US market. You'll partner with Commercial leadership to drive efficiency and grow the business. This role requires strong strategic insight and collaboration skills.

You have a proven track record in sales operations, ideally with experience in managing teams and driving strategic initiatives. Your ability to establish strong working relationships with commercial leadership and cross-functional teams sets you apart. You are data-driven and can monitor metrics effectively, surfacing insights that inform decision-making. You thrive in a collaborative environment and are passionate about workplace wellness, aligning with our mission to create a healthier world.

Desirable

Experience in the wellness or fitness industry is a plus, as is familiarity with sales funnel optimization and performance metrics. You are comfortable working in a hybrid environment and can adapt to the needs of a diverse team.

What you'll do

As the Partners Sales Operations Sr. Manager, you will lead the Sales Operations for the US market, focusing on executing and scaling planning processes. You will monitor key metrics and proactively surface insights to the Partnership leadership team, highlighting best-performing teams and identifying drivers behind their success. Your role will involve collaborating closely with Commercial leadership to address strategic topics within the sales funnel, ensuring that our operations are efficient and aligned with our growth objectives. You will also be responsible for driving initiatives that enhance our sales processes and contribute to the overall success of the organization.
