What you'll do
As a Client Sales Senior Manager, you will be responsible for expanding Wellhub's client base in Germany, focusing on Mid-market and Enterprise prospects. You will lead the sales team in developing and executing strategies to acquire new clients and grow existing accounts. Your role will involve building and nurturing strategic partnerships with key decision-makers, understanding their unique challenges, and crafting tailored solutions that meet their needs. You will collaborate with marketing and product teams to ensure alignment in messaging and offerings, driving a cohesive approach to client engagement.
You will also play a key role in mentoring and developing your sales team, fostering a culture of collaboration and support. Your leadership will be crucial in setting performance targets and ensuring that the team is equipped with the tools and resources needed to succeed. You will analyze market trends and client feedback to continuously refine your approach and drive improvements in sales processes.
