Who you are
You have a proven track record in client success or account management, ideally within a technology or SaaS environment. You understand the importance of building strong relationships with clients and have a knack for articulating value to drive adoption and satisfaction. Your strategic mindset allows you to identify opportunities for growth and expansion within your portfolio of accounts.
You excel in communication and collaboration, working closely with clients to understand their needs and challenges. You are proactive in mitigating risks and ensuring that clients achieve their desired business outcomes. Your ability to analyze client data and feedback helps you make informed recommendations that enhance the client experience.
What you'll do
As a Client Success Manager at Bazaarvoice, you will be responsible for managing a named portfolio of accounts in the Central European region. You will drive client adoption of our solutions, ensuring that they derive maximum value from their partnership with us. This involves regular check-ins, strategic recommendations, and addressing any concerns that may arise.
