Your expertise in CRM and marketing automation tools allows you to streamline processes and enhance data-driven decision-making. You are skilled in data analytics, enabling you to identify opportunities for conversion improvement through segmentation and personalization.
You thrive in collaborative environments, working closely with cross-functional teams to ensure that marketing strategies align with business objectives. Your leadership experience has equipped you with the ability to mentor and guide teams, fostering a culture of innovation and continuous improvement. You are passionate about workplace wellness and understand the importance of creating fulfilling and balanced work environments.
Desirable

What you'll do
As the Sr. Director of Marketing and Revenue Ops GTM, you will be responsible for elevating the go-to-market function at Gympass. You will design and manage the inbound and outbound marketing strategies that drive revenue growth, ensuring that our technology stack is integrated and governed by robust data infrastructure. Your role will involve identifying new technologies and automations that can improve conversion rates and enhance customer engagement.
