Who you are

You have over 10 years of experience in B2B marketing and revenue operations, with a proven track record of designing and optimizing go-to-market strategies that drive revenue growth. Your expertise in CRM and marketing automation tools allows you to streamline processes and enhance data-driven decision-making. You are skilled in data analytics, enabling you to identify opportunities for conversion improvement through segmentation and personalization.

You thrive in collaborative environments, working closely with cross-functional teams to ensure that marketing strategies align with business objectives. Your leadership experience has equipped you with the ability to mentor and guide teams, fostering a culture of innovation and continuous improvement. You are passionate about workplace wellness and understand the importance of creating fulfilling and balanced work environments.

Desirable

Experience in the wellness or health tech industry is a plus, as is familiarity with the latest marketing technologies and trends. You are comfortable with ambiguity and can adapt to changing market conditions, always looking for ways to enhance the customer experience.

What you'll do

As the Sr. Director of Marketing and Revenue Ops GTM, you will be responsible for elevating the go-to-market function at Gympass. You will design and manage the inbound and outbound marketing strategies that drive revenue growth, ensuring that our technology stack is integrated and governed by robust data infrastructure. Your role will involve identifying new technologies and automations that can improve conversion rates and enhance customer engagement.

You will collaborate with various teams, including sales and product, to ensure that marketing initiatives are aligned with overall business goals.
