Job Description
Who you are
You have a proven track record in revenue operations, with extensive experience in orchestrating go-to-market strategies across various teams including Marketing, Sales, and Product. Your ability to define and implement operational models is key to your success, as you understand how to translate signals into actionable plays that drive revenue. You thrive in environments where you can take ownership and lead initiatives that require cross-functional collaboration.
You possess strong analytical skills, allowing you to measure and optimize GTM initiatives effectively. Your experience spans different market segments, and you are adept at scaling operations without creating bespoke workflows. You are a strategic thinker who can establish governance and principles that guide the orchestration process.
What you'll do
In this role, you will take full ownership of the GTM Orchestration system, ensuring that it connects signals, channels, teams, and execution into repeatable revenue outcomes. You will define how signals are ingested and prioritized, and you will establish frameworks for decision-making regarding GTM initiatives. Your leadership will be crucial in ensuring that the GTMO system is trusted and clearly owned across the organization.
You will also manage the Always-On GTM Plays portfolio, designing and launching plays that cater to various motions including inbound, outbound, and product-led strategies. Your focus will be on creating a seamless experience that drives pipeline generation and revenue growth. You will collaborate closely with teams across the organization to ensure alignment and effectiveness in execution.
