Who you are
You have a strong background in marketing operations, with at least 5 years of experience in a similar role. Your expertise lies in leveraging technology to streamline processes and improve efficiency, particularly in go-to-market strategies. You are results-driven and have a proven track record of implementing AI-driven solutions that enhance marketing performance. You thrive in collaborative environments, working closely with cross-functional teams including Marketing, Sales, and Data to achieve strategic goals. You possess excellent communication skills, enabling you to translate complex technical concepts into actionable insights for diverse stakeholders. You are passionate about innovation and continuously seek ways to challenge the status quo, pushing the boundaries of what is possible in marketing operations.
Desirable
Experience with AI APIs and automation tools is highly desirable, as is familiarity with campaign management and audience segmentation. A background in technical documentation and training material creation will set you apart, as you will be responsible for ensuring operational best practices are adhered to across the team. You are comfortable working with data and analytics to inform decision-making and drive improvements in marketing processes.
What you'll do
In this role, you will streamline and optimize marketing processes, focusing on campaign creation and audience segmentation. You will partner with Marketing, Marketing Intelligence, and Sales Operations teams to identify and scope opportunities for AI-driven solutions and technology adoption. Your responsibilities will include integrating AI APIs, MCP Servers, and other automation tools to build agents and workflows that enhance Marketingβs go-to-market motions. You will architect, build, and deploy AI prototypes and scalable automated workflows, integrating LLMs and AI APIs to proactively eliminate friction and drive efficiency gains across end-to-end marketing processes. Additionally, you will create and maintain technical documentation and training materials to ensure adherence to operational best practices and increase team self-sufficiency.
