What you'll do
In this role, you will take full ownership of driving new business deals with prospects in organizations headquartered in North America. You will identify, target, and engage with customers that need HackerRankβs Developer Skills Platform, leveraging your sales expertise to create meaningful connections. You will lead product sales for a new offering, working closely with the Strategic Accounts Team to ensure alignment and success in your initiatives.
Your responsibilities will include developing and executing sales strategies that resonate with potential clients, as well as nurturing relationships with existing customers to explore cross-selling opportunities. You will collaborate with various internal teams to ensure that the solutions you propose meet the needs of your clients and align with HackerRank's mission of helping companies hire developers based on skills rather than pedigree. Your role will also involve tracking sales metrics and reporting on your progress to leadership, ensuring transparency and accountability in your efforts.
