What you'll do
In this role, you will take ownership of new business acquisition across the EMEA region, focusing on organizations with over 1,000 employees. You will be responsible for creating and managing a robust pipeline through both outbound and inbound sales motions. Your role will involve identifying strategic organizations that would benefit from HackerRankโs Developer Skills Platform and engaging them in meaningful conversations.
You will act as the captain of your territory, driving high-impact sales cycles and closing high-value partnerships. This includes conducting complex evaluations and engaging with executive stakeholders to understand their needs and how HackerRank can address them. You will partner closely with the Growth team to source and qualify leads, ensuring that you have a steady flow of opportunities to pursue.
Your responsibilities will also include developing and executing strategic plans to expand HackerRankโs footprint across 28+ countries in the EMEA region. You will leverage your sales expertise to navigate the competitive landscape and position HackerRank as a leader in developer hiring solutions. You will be expected to maintain a high level of productivity and achieve sales targets while upholding the quality standards that HackerRank is known for.
