You are a Senior Software Engineer with a strong background in delivering high-quality software independently. You enjoy collaborating with others to solve complex problems and improve team practices. You thrive in a cross-functional delivery team environment, where work is managed using a Kanban-style approach. What you'll do
In this role, you will join one of StarCompliance's Product Engineering teams, where you will take ownership of more complex work. You will apply your judgment in designing and implementing solutions that meet regulatory requirements. Your responsibilities will include collaborating with team members to enhance the software development process and ensuring that the software delivered meets the highest standards of quality.
You will be expected to communicate effectively with your team, sharing insights and supporting others in their work.
