HackerRank is hiring a Senior Talent Acquisition Partner to accelerate GTM hiring from their Santa Clara office. Who you are
You are a senior recruiter with 7-8 years of experience hiring for go-to-market, revenue, or customer-facing roles in tech or SaaS. You are deeply familiar with modern GTM motions and metrics, from quota-carrying roles and pipeline health to renewals, expansion, and churn. You are confident in hiring for complex, technical GTM roles and are known for your strong hiring judgment and ability to assess GTM talent in a real business and revenue context.
What you'll do
In this role, you will accelerate GTM hiring out of our Santa Clara office, working closely with leaders to build high-quality GTM teams that directly impact revenue. You will be responsible for managing the full recruitment cycle, from sourcing candidates to conducting interviews and making offers. You will leverage your expertise in GTM metrics to identify and attract top talent, ensuring that the teams you build are equipped to meet the company's growth objectives. You will also collaborate with hiring managers to understand their needs and provide guidance on best practices for recruiting in the tech industry.
