You have extensive experience in talent acquisition, particularly in recruiting for go-to-market roles. You thrive in fast-paced environments and enjoy solving complex hiring challenges. Your consultative approach allows you to effectively influence hiring strategies through data and market insights.
You understand the importance of a thoughtful candidate experience and are committed to ensuring that every candidate feels valued throughout the recruiting process. You have a knack for building relationships with hiring managers and acting as a trusted advisor to leadership in Sales and Marketing.
You are proactive in building a 'warm bench' of elite GTM talent, ensuring that you have a ready-to-move pipeline for high-priority roles. Your creativity shines through as you continuously iterate on recruiting processes, introducing scalable solutions that improve efficiency.
What you'll do
In this role, you will own the full-cycle recruiting process for GTM roles, from intake through offer and close. You will ensure a high-quality candidate experience while acting as a talent advisor to GTM leadership. Your responsibilities will include providing real-time market mapping, competitor insights, and compensation trends to ensure that our offers remain competitive.
You will build and maintain a pipeline of top-tier talent, ensuring that we are prepared for urgent hiring needs. You will continuously analyze and improve recruiting processes, leveraging data and insights to enhance our strategies. Your role will be critical in scaling our revenue-driving organizations and contributing to Fireblocks' mission of enabling secure access to digital assets.
