You have extensive experience in talent acquisition, particularly in recruiting for go-to-market roles such as Sales and Marketing. You thrive in fast-paced environments and enjoy solving complex hiring challenges, ensuring a high-quality candidate experience throughout the recruitment process. Your consultative approach allows you to act as a trusted advisor to leadership, providing insights on market trends and compensation strategies. You are motivated by building scalable recruiting practices and have a knack for identifying top talent before the need arises.

You understand the importance of diversity and inclusion in the workplace and are committed to fostering a diverse talent pool. Your ability to build relationships with candidates and stakeholders alike is a key strength, enabling you to create a warm bench of elite talent ready to step into high-priority roles. You continuously seek to improve recruiting processes, introducing creative solutions that enhance efficiency and candidate engagement.

What you'll do

In this role, you will own the full-cycle recruiting process for GTM positions, from intake through to offer and close. You will collaborate closely with GTM leadership to understand their hiring needs and develop effective strategies to attract top talent. Your responsibilities will include conducting market mapping and competitor analysis to ensure that our offers remain competitive and appealing to candidates. You will also be tasked with building a pipeline of candidates for high-priority territories, ensuring that we are prepared for future hiring needs.

You will iterate on recruiting processes, introducing innovative solutions to improve efficiency and candidate experience. By leveraging data and market insights, you will influence hiring strategies and help shape the future of our revenue-driving organizations. Your role will be critical in scaling our teams and ensuring that we have the right talent in place to achieve our ambitious goals.
