Who you are
You have experience working in an Enterprise SaaS Customer Support team at a fast-paced startup or hypergrowth tech company — you understand the nuances of providing exceptional customer service in a technical environment. Your background includes relevant experience in cross-functional communication or close partnerships with various teams such as Success, Sales, and Product. You are resourceful and attuned to the needs of customers, ensuring that they receive the support they require to thrive in their roles.
What you'll do
In this role, you will provide payments, contracts, and general support to our Handshake MOVE Fellows, ensuring that they have the resources they need to succeed. You will report to the Senior Manager of Handshake AI Support and work closely with various teams to facilitate smooth operations. Your responsibilities will include managing inquiries related to payments and contracts, assisting with onboarding processes, and ensuring that all fellows receive timely and effective support. You will also play a key role in communicating updates and changes to the fellows, helping them navigate their experiences within the Handshake network.
