What you'll do

As a Software Engineer on the Fellow Experience team, you will be responsible for building and scaling systems that enhance the fellow experience from project discovery to successful onboarding. You will collaborate with cross-functional teams to improve the processes that help fellows discover projects and apply for opportunities. Your work will directly impact the volume of fellows and the quality of matches, as you implement intelligent automatic allocations. You will engage in both frontend and backend development, ensuring that the systems you create are robust and user-friendly. You will also have opportunities to mentor junior engineers and contribute to the overall growth of the engineering team.
