What you'll do

As a Staff Product Designer at Handshake, you will lead the design efforts for the Employer team, focusing on enhancing the experience for employers seeking to connect with early-career talent. You will conduct user research to understand employer needs and pain points, translating insights into actionable design solutions. You will collaborate closely with product managers and engineers to define and refine product requirements, ensuring that design and functionality align seamlessly.

You will create wireframes, prototypes, and high-fidelity designs that effectively communicate your vision for the user experience. Your role will involve iterating on designs based on user testing and feedback, continuously improving the product based on real-world usage. You will also mentor junior designers, sharing your expertise and fostering a culture of design excellence within the team.
