Overview

Tandem is hiring a Provider Growth Lead to expand national market share and drive activation in one of their core provider categories. You'll define strategy and allocate resources to unlock commercial impact. This role requires strong leadership and strategic skills.

Who you are

You have a proven track record in growth strategy and execution, ideally within the healthcare or biopharma sectors. Your experience includes managing cross-functional teams and driving initiatives that lead to significant market share expansion. You are data-driven and can leverage analytics to inform your decisions, ensuring that every strategy you implement is backed by solid evidence. You thrive in fast-paced environments and are comfortable making decisions that impact the company's trajectory.

You possess strong leadership skills, enabling you to inspire and motivate your team to achieve ambitious goals. Your ability to communicate effectively with various stakeholders, including internal teams and external partners, is a key strength. What you'll do

As the Provider Growth Lead at Tandem, you will own the growth strategy for one of our core provider categories. This includes defining the strategic direction and allocating resources effectively to maximize impact. You will work closely with inside sales teams, develop referral programs, and establish partnerships that drive activation and engagement. Your role will require you to analyze market trends and customer feedback to continuously refine our approach and ensure we are meeting the needs of our providers.

You will collaborate with marketing teams to create campaigns that resonate with our target audience, leveraging your insights to craft compelling messaging. Additionally, you will monitor performance metrics to assess the effectiveness of your strategies and make data-driven adjustments as necessary.
