What you'll do
As the Founding Technical Recruiter at Harmonic, you will lead the end-to-end recruiting process for engineering, product, and design roles. You will develop and implement sourcing strategies that attract top talent, ensuring a seamless candidate experience from application to onboarding. You will collaborate closely with hiring managers to understand their needs and create tailored recruiting plans. Additionally, you will build the recruiting infrastructure that supports Harmonic's growth for years to come, including developing job descriptions, interview processes, and evaluation criteria. Your role will also involve engaging with candidates to communicate Harmonic's mission and values effectively, helping to attract individuals who resonate with the company's vision.
