Rain is hiring a Technical Recruiter to manage full-cycle recruiting and build diverse talent pipelines. You'll work closely with the Head of Talent to scale hiring across the company. This role requires strong organizational skills and a proactive approach to sourcing candidates.

You have experience in full-cycle recruiting, managing everything from kickoff to closing candidates. You understand the importance of building diverse and high-quality talent pipelines through targeted outreach and community engagement. You are data-driven and can run structured processes that lead to successful hires. You thrive in a collaborative environment and enjoy working closely with hiring managers to understand their needs and align on candidate profiles. You are passionate about the fintech and crypto industries and are excited to contribute to a company that is shaping the future of payments.
What you'll do
In this role, you will own the full-cycle recruiting process for all roles at Rain. This includes conducting kickoff meetings with hiring managers, sourcing candidates through various channels, and coordinating interviews. You will be responsible for maintaining a diverse pipeline of candidates and ensuring a positive candidate experience throughout the hiring process. You will also analyze recruitment metrics to continuously improve the hiring process and make data-driven decisions. Collaborating with the Head of Talent, you will help shape the recruitment strategy and contribute to building a strong employer brand.
