You have extensive experience in executive recruiting, ideally within the technology or professional services sectors — you understand the nuances of attracting top-tier talent and have a proven track record of successful placements at the senior leadership level. Your ability to build relationships with stakeholders is exceptional, and you thrive in environments where you can influence and drive strategic hiring initiatives. You are comfortable navigating ambiguity and can adapt your approach to meet the evolving needs of the organization. What you'll do
