Experience in launching culinary programs in new venues is a plus. Familiarity with catering and event management will enhance your ability to create memorable experiences for guests. What you'll do

As the Executive Chef at Convene, you will lead the culinary program at the new 555 Broadway venue in SoHo. Your primary responsibility will be to define and execute a menu that reflects the brand's commitment to quality and innovation. You will oversee all kitchen operations, ensuring that every dish meets the highest standards of excellence. Collaborating closely with the General Manager, you will develop strategies to enhance guest experiences through culinary creativity. You will manage kitchen staff, providing guidance and mentorship to foster their professional growth. Additionally, you will ensure compliance with health and safety regulations while maintaining a clean and organized kitchen environment. Your role will also involve collaborating with event planners to create customized catering options for various gatherings, from corporate meetings to brand activations.
